Cool! What a great idea, doing a 1-gallon batch. What did you mash in and how did you seperate the grain from the wort? Did you already have a tiny mash tun? Very Happy

It was an extract + grain recipe, doesn't need a mash tun.

I appreciate the enthusiam, Trish. If you've ever steeped grain, that's what I'm doing here. No real mashing.
