Sat, 1/11/13 - All-grain Munich Dunkel with Decoction

This Saturday, the temps are supposed to be above freezing, and I will be making a Munich Dunkel. I plan to have rests at 100 (acid), 122 (protein), 146 (sacc), 156 (sacc), and 170 (mash-out). I will be using decoction for several of the rest steps, and infusion for others. If you like to learn more about all-grain brewing or decoction, come on over!
