Tomorrow I'm brewing a split batch of an IPA. I'll mash for an 11 gallon batch, split the wort in half, then boil the halves separately with different hops. The first one will be boiled with Magnum, Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo. The second one will be all Galaxy.

I'm planning to mash in around 7 am. Should be done by 1.

All grain, batch sparge.

As usual, feel free to stop by for a few minutes or the whole brew day. PM for directions.

Fermenting: Roggenbier, Pumpkin Ale
Kegged: Dunkelweizen, Hefeweizen, Barleywine
Lagering: Märzen, Doppelbock, Düsseldorf Alt
