Thanks, Kent.

Mike or anyone else interested, I've got an oatmeal stout sitting on a cake of 1084 I'd be more than happy to split.

It was a long brew day as it finished early Sunday morning. Propane burner issues slowed us way down, but ended up with 65 gallons of wort. I have a few pictures.

Well the next two beers planned are lagers, in fact. I need to get my burners cleaned up and working efficiently first before I can schedule these. Tentatively, the Pestalozzi Pilsner (Std Am. Pilsner) is planned for February and an Oktoberfest in March.

I'd be happy to help out with that pils and take some wort off your hands. I have a nice cake of wlp830 that is waiting for more sweet wort :-D.
