No boiling? No wonder all the beers are cloudy. Interesting though.

Doesn't the process of boiling drive off things like DMS? Seems like without boiling there would be a great chance of off flavors.

Took delivery of my Zymatic a couple of days ago. So far, pleased with the results of the wort. Let you know when I try the beer.

My mind is blown. I thought it was a joke just from the cheesy video. Looks pretty frickin neat, although way out of my price range. 2.5gal capacity seems limiting but you could brew a shit ton of different beers to make up for it.
