Maple Bacon Candi Syrup

MoreBeer just released a maple bacon candi syrup. ... bacon.html

I'm thinking about trying this in my oatmeal stout. I'm wondering how much of the maple and bacon flavor will get scrubbed away with fermentation.

On Tap: Sour Belgian Brown, Amber Ale, Milk Stout, English Dark Mild, American Brown, Vienna Lager

Fermenting: Roggenbier, Pumpkin Ale
Kegged: Dunkelweizen, Hefeweizen, Barleywine
Lagering: Märzen, Doppelbock, Düsseldorf Alt
