Would anyone care to share a water profile from STL city? I'm not sure how much it matters, but i'm in south city. I'm also considering contacting some local breweries to see if they would share a water report from last quarter.

The City Consumer Confidence Report lists average measurements (and ranges) for many of the things we'd care about in brewing. I don't see an updated one for 2018 yet, though. I know there are multiple sources, that readings vary throughout the year, and so forth, though, but it's a starting point.

You might also try emailing/calling the Water Department directly (see contact info below). I did this once about 10 years ago and they sent me some recent values, but I don't even remember if this is the same person.
