Tim won some Special Roast at the meeting last night, which is a fairly little-known ingredient, so I thought I'd share some pro recipes to compare for ideas.

Drinking an ordinary bitter right now whose malt bill consisted of Crisp Maris Otter, Special Roast, and Crystal 135. Yum.
