Kirkwood Station session IPA recipe

Whoever has brought that hopbursted session IPA/APA from Kirkwood Station the last few meetings, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting the recipe for that beer. I am planning on brewing a session IPA and I liked the hop profile of that beer.
Kegged: CAH (Cider + Agave + Honey)
Lagering: -
Conditioning: RIS (BA Abraxas 2.0),Quad/Saison
Fermenting: Oktoberfest, Lambic

The beer itself is a Blonde. The hopping schedule goes like this:
Columbus FWH, Galena @ 30 min, Galena and Columbus @ 15 min, Galena & Columbus @ 5 min, and cascade whirlpool. Then dry hopped with Columbus.

That matches what Dave (the brewmaster) told me too. Here's just a little more info, in case you're still interested:

Kirkwood Station Burst Hop Golden Ale/Session IPA
Kirkwood Station - Kirkwood, Missouri, USA
Style: Golden/Blond Ale
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 28
Colour: mostly clear golden
Grainbill: Two-Row Pale, small percentages each of Vienna Malt and CaraPils/Dextrine Malt
Hops: rack wort onto tiny bit of Columbus (First Wort), then start 90 min boil, Galena (30 min), Columbus & Galena (15 min, 5 min), Cascade (whirlpool), Columbus (dry hop)
Yeast: American Ale/Chico/Sierra Nevada/Siebel BRY96/WLP001/Wyeast 1056/Safale US-05
