Recipe request: Leuven Peeterman

I am putting together a recipe for this style, I am wondering if anyone in the club has ever made a recipe and/or brewed this style before? It is described as a brown wit bier from the city of Leuven, the Saint of Leuven being Saint Peter, and hence the people of that city are nicknamed Peeterman. It is described as dextrinous with lots of body, sweet tasting with a fruity nose, biscuit flavors, and an included lactic sourness.
Kegged: CAH (Cider + Agave + Honey)

Conditioning: RIS (BA Abraxas 2.0),Quad/Saison
