2 Below Clone

I'm a pretty big fan of New Belgium's 2 Below. Does anyone have a good clone recipe for this?

Bump. Reviving an old thread in case anyone's interested. This is still one of my all-time favourite New Belgium beers, essentially a high-grav, dry-hopped version of Fat Tire. It bums me out that Snow Day replaced it as their winter seasonal the last several years. They resisted making hop-bombs for so long, now that seems to be their main deal.

New Belgium 2° Below Winter Ale
New Belgium - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
Style: ESB
ABV: 6.6%
IBU: 32
Colour: clear deep reddish amber
Grainbill: 50% 2-Row Pale Malt, 20% Munich Malt, 20% Cara 80L Malt, 5% CaraPils/Dextrine Malt, 5% Victory Malt
Hops: Target, Sterling (early and late boil), Liberty (dry hops)
Yeast: proprietary "house strain", sometimes offered as Wyeast 1793, some claim it's derived from Chico, not a Belgian strain at all.
